Ethics and Foundations:

In our last letter, we addressed the new chapter of the InnerBeing Project in Lunigiana, Italy. It is built around 3 foundations: 1/ The Mother’s and Auroville’s ideals as humanity’s heritage, 2/ the invisible part of our inner work in our daily activities, and 3/ singularity as an illustration of the divine unfolding in the divine spark present in each of us.

Based on these 3 pillars, we continue to develop our project within and beyond Auroville, with the goal of placing the dimension of the soul and the “psychic” in all human activity, whatever it may be and in whatever domain it manifests.

Many remarkable initiatives are being born that aim to build something new in the world, to offer a more humanistic and meaningful alternative to the selfish withdrawal that affects every human group. These projects start with a strong intention and much enthusiasm, whether in the environment, health, agriculture, organisations, etc. Yet they tend to omit integrating the inner dimension of being, and their development remains incomplete. We believe that the dimension of the “soul” or “psychic reality” cannot be ignored, that it is not a taboo subject, and that the time has come to introduce it into every project, whatever its field of expertise.

With many advantages, and of a value that is difficult to appreciate. First, to acknowledge without hesitation this spiritual dimension that we all carry within us, to a greater or lesser degree of consciousness. Every child possesses and senses within them this dimension, like a kind of heritage that transcends their condition, before it withers through the sorcery of their conditioning.

It gradually transforms into a simple nostalgia. Next, this supra-human perspective will naturally elevate the level of consciousness and the vibratory field of everything we undertake, of all our relationships, between humans and with the other realms. By simply speaking of it freely with our hearts, it will bring a palpable magic, similar to what we witnessed in our discussions on “Organisation from a Psychic Perspective” in Auroville. It will also help us contain the yoke of ego that constantly threatens to compromise our projects, or to see them recovered for mercantile or power-seeking ends.

The list of benefits of placing the Psychic Being at the heart of our lives, of making it the central element of our existence, is far from exhaustive. In fact, the advantages are countless and unsuspected.

Latest Realisations:

Pilgrim’s Dream Event:

We spent several weeks with Stefania and Giovanni (Auroluni) preparing the Pilgrim’s Dream, an event held from September 11-15 at the Il Casale, near our place. This 4-day seminar welcomed participants close to Auroville’s ideals and Integral Yoga.

On the last day of the gathering, a major meeting was held on the InnerBeing Project. In the morning, following a meditative reading of Parhelia’s story (a project that was originally meant to be presented as a performance at CRIPA – Auroville) all participants created an individual artistic work—collage, drawings or clay—which was then presented in the group. Immediately after the Pilgrim’s Dream, a second event took place, more aimed at promoting Auroville’s ideals in the world. During this meeting, the InnerBeing Project positioned itself as a service to each initiative, a common ground for reflection, recentering and conduct prior to the development of said project. By placing the inner research and connection at the centre of our lives, we create a magic conducive to the growth of our Psychic Being.

Ker Pellegrino: We received many visits this summer. Many Aurovilians passing through, alone or with family, by plane, train or car, whom we picked up from Pisa or who came in motorhomes and parked near the little church at the top of our place.

Among the “Aurovilians by heart” were Annette Kaiser and her husband, George. Very familiar with Auroville, where they have brought many groups, they came to spend 4 days with us, and our connection was rich and deep. Annette is a renowned spiritual teacher, and she truly appreciated living with us in this small confidential retreat, reading Savitri in the morning and going about our daily life together, whatever it may be. We will be interviewing them soon in our Sacred Couples series.

Sacred Couple: With Svenja, we also engaged in the exercise of the sacred couple. Following a call from a German magazine asking us to write an article in 3 days, Svenja suggested that we both write an article. We sat at our working-place (photo on the blog page) all day, facing each other, writing on the same subject: our wandering journey that led us to Lunigiana. From 9 in the morning to 5 in the afternoon, we let inspiration guide us in this four-handed exercise. The next day, both texts were sent to the magazine, each very different from the other and eventually published. You can find them here (Svenja & Dan)

Ongoing Projects:

• The exploration of our singularity, as an expression of the multiplicity of divine possibilities, is the subject of a book currently being written.

• Ambassadors of the Project are quietly taking shape across Europe.

• Peacefully weathering this first winter in Lunigiana, where the cold will likely be significant when clocks change at the end of October. No doubt this winter, a season of the year traditionally conducive to nourishing the inner presence, our first in Europe after 9 years in Auroville, will give rise to new perspectives for the InnerBeing Project.

How to Participate?

Although we are the bearers of the “InnerBeing” project, it does not belong to us! It belongs to all those who make it their own to testify to their inner experience. As in Auroville, where interviews in a language that was not ours, were conducted by friends of that mother tongue, we open this great undertaking of demystifying the concept of the soul to all those who wish to take part in it.

On the other hand, we have reached the nadir of the project’s self-financing capacity, and we are grateful to you for considering bringing your financial support for its future growth.

La Dimension de l’Âme en chaque activité humaine

Éthique et Fondements

Lors de notre dernière lettre, nous avons abordé le nouveau chantier du InnerBeing Project, en Lunigiana, Italie. Il se bâtit autour de 3 fondations : 1/ Les idéaux de Mère et d’Auroville comme patrimoine de l’humanité, 2/ la partie invisible de notre travail intérieur dans nos activités quotidiennes, et 3/ la singularité comme illustration du déploiement du divin dans l’étincelle divine présente en chacun de nous.

Sur la base de ces 3 piliers, nous continuons de développer notre projet dans et hors d’Auroville, avec comme but de placer la dimension de l’âme et du “psychique” dans toute activité humaine, quelle qu’elle soit et dans quelque domaine qu’elle se manifeste.

De nombreuses initiatives remarquables naissent qui visent à construire quelque chose de nouveau dans le monde, offrir une alternative plus humaniste et sensée que ce recroquevillement égoïste qui affecte tout groupe humain. Ces projets démarrent avec une intention forte et beaucoup d’enthousiasme, qu’il s’agisse d’environnement, de santé, d’agriculture, d’organisations, etc. Ils omettent pourtant d’intégrer la dimension intérieure de l’être, et leur développement est incomplet. Nous croyons que la dimension de l’« âme » ou de la « réalité psychique » ne peut être ignorée, qu’il ne s’agit pas d’un sujet tabou, et qu’il est temps de l’introduire dans tout projet, quel que soit son domaine de compétences.

Avec de nombreux avantages, et de valeur difficilement appréciable. D’abord, reconnaitre sans détour cette dimension spirituelle que nous portons tous en nous, plus ou moins consciemment. Chaque enfant possède et pressent en lui cette dimension, comme une sorte d’héritage qui transcende sa condition, avant qu’elle ne se dessèche par la sorcellerie de son conditionnement.

Elle se transforme peu à peu en une simple nostalgie. Ensuite, cette perspective supra-humaine élèvera naturellement le niveau de conscience et le champ vibratoire de tout ce que nous entreprenons, de toutes nos relations, entre humains et avec les autres règnes. Par le simple fait d’en parler librement avec notre cœur, elle installera une magie palpable, semblable à celle dont nous avons témoigné lors de nos discussions sur “Organisation à partir d’une perspective psychique” à Auroville. Cela permettra aussi d’encadrer ce joug de l’ego qui menace constamment de compromettre nos projets, ou de les voir récupérés à des fins mercantiles ou de pouvoir.

La liste des bénéfices de placer l’Être Psychique au cœur de nos vies, d’en faire l’élément central de notre existence, est loin d’être exhaustive. En fait, les avantages sont innombrables et insoupçonnés.

Dernières Réalisations

• Pilgrim’s dream Event:

Nous avons passé plusieurs semaines avec Stefania et Giovanni (Auroluni) à préparer le Pilgrim’s Dream, événement qui s’est tenu du 11 au 15 septembre dernier au domaine Il Casale, près de chez nous. Ce séminaire de 4 jours a accueilli des intervenants proches des idéaux d’Auroville et du Yoga Intégral.

Le dernier jour du colloque s’est tenue un grande réunion sur le Projet InnerBeing. Le matin, à la suite d’une lecture méditative collective sur l’histoire de Parhelia (Projet qui devait initialement être présenté comme une performance à CRIPA – Auroville) tous les participants ont créé une oeuvre plastique individuelle, collage, dessins ou argile, ensuite présentée au groupe. Tout de suite après Pigrim’s dream, un second évènement s’est tenu, davantage destiné à promouvoir les idéaux d’Auroville dans le monde. Durant cette rencontre, le Projet InnerBeing s’est positionné comme une aide au service de chaque initiative, une base commune de réflexion, de recentrage et de comportement préalable au développement du-dit projet. En positionnant la recherche et la connexion intérieure au centre de notre vie, nous créons une magie propice à la croissance de notre Être Psychique.

• Ker Pellegrino : Nous avons reçu beaucoup de visites cet été. De nombreux Auroviliens de passage, seul ou en famille, en avion, train ou voiture, que nous sommes allés chercher à Pise ou qui sont venus en camping-car, et qui ont stationné près de la petite église en haut de chez nous.

Parmi les Auroviliens de cœur figuraient Annette Kaiser et son mari, George. Familiers d’Auroville où ils ont encadré des groupes, ils sont venus passer 4 jours ici, et notre connexion fut riche et profonde. Annette est une enseignante spirituelle de renom, et elle a vraiment apprécié de vivre avec nous cette petite retraite confidentielle, lire Savitri le matin et vaquer ensemble à notre quotidien, quel qu’il soit. Nous allons bientôt les interviewer dans notre série Couple Sacré.

Couple Sacré : Avec Svenja, nous nous sommes aussi pliés à l’exercice du couple sacré. À la suite de l’appel d’un magazine allemand pour leur écrire un article sous 3 jours, Svenja a proposé que nous écrivions tous les 2 l’article. Nous nous sommes assis à notre working-place (photo sur la page blog) toute la journée, l’un en face de l’autre, pour écrire sur le même sujet : notre errance de chercheur qui nous a conduit en Lunigiana. De 9 h du matin à 17 h l’après-midi, nous avons laissé l’inspiration nous guider dans cet exercice à quatre mains. Le lendemain, les 2 textes étaient envoyés au magazine, chacun très différent de l’autre. Retrouvez-les ici (Svenja & Dan)

Projets en cours

• L’exploration de notre singularité, comme expression de la multiplicité des possibilités divines, fait l’objet d’un livre en cours d’écriture.
• Des ambassadeurs du Projet se mettent tranquillement en place en Europe. 
• Passer sereinement ce premier hiver en Lunigiana, où la froidure sera probablement prégnante lors du prochain changement d’horaire, fin octobre. Nul doute que cet hiver, période de l’année traditionnellement propice à nourrir la présence intérieure, notre premier en Europe après 9 années à Auroville, donnera naissance à de nouvelles perspectives pour le Projet InnerBeing.

Comment participer ?

Bien que nous soyons les porteurs du projet “InnerBeing”, celui-ci ne nous appartient pas ! Il appartient à tous ceux qui se l’approprient pour témoigner de leur expérience intérieure. Comme à Auroville, où les entretiens dans une langue qui n’était pas la nôtre étaient conduit par des amis de cette langue maternelle, nous ouvrons ce grand chantier de démistyfication du concept de l’âme à tous ceux qui veulent y prendre part.

D’un autre côté, nous avons atteint le nadir des capacités d’auto-financement du projet, et nous vous sommes reconaissants de considérer nous apporter votre aide financière pour sa future croissance.
