The motorhome is sold but the pilgrims are still on their path…
We are beginning a new series of articles about the InnerBeing Project. The “Pilgrim” motorhome has been sold, and we have decided to settle in Lunigiana, Italy, where we will do everything in our power to make this new endeavour meaningful and resolutely oriented towards our inner journey.
We have identified three aspects of our work that make it more inclusive:
1/ The Mother’s ideals, which gave birth to Auroville, are humanity’s heritage: Native Americans used to say that the land they lived on did not belong to them and that the concept of ownership made no sense. The Mother actualised and materialised a concept that every child carries in their heart. She had the vision and courage to create a concrete experiment of another possibility for humanity, and she initiated Auroville. The spirit and ideals of Auroville remain vibrant and extremely relevant, they “don’t belong to any particular person but to humanity as a whole.”
2/ Our external activities are the visible part of our inner work: Whatever their circumstances, they remain the visible part of the iceberg of our inner journey. Always observe and discriminate our actions, reject any selfish choice that favours the ego’s short-term profit and choose the act that will foster the inner development of the soul and the psychic being. The time of human personality is fleeting, while the soul’s wanderings in this human body are just a brief step in its evolution.
3/ Each person explores their uniqueness, for the benefit of all: A sun whose rays were all identical would illuminate only a tiny part of the universe, because all rays would point in the same direction. Each ray is different from its neighbour while coming from the same sun, and all of creation finds itself in its light at that moment. Humanity must express the full spectrum of its uniqueness. Uniformity is an aberration. Human unity can only be realised through the recognition, acceptance and bringing together of each singularity: “Unity in diversity.”
It is with these three keys that we approach the new chapter of the InnerBeing Project with you, because the scope of the project is much vaster than what we have accomplished so far. We are settling in “Ker Pellegrino,” a small house in the mountains of Lunigiana (Tuscany, Italy), and it is from here that we invite you to continue this quest towards the center of ourselves.
If it resonates with you, you can take a more active part in the development of the InnerBeing Project, make it your own with your uniqueness and your availability. The challenge is to establish this inner collective guidance in a lasting way, where a temporary limitation of an isolated individual will be compensated by other individuals in the group, whether present or at a distance, for the collective manifestation of a new group soul and field of life.
The new development areas of the InnerBeing Project:
- Exploration of our uniqueness, not to feed an egocentric perspective but as a prerequisite for the manifestation of our inner guidance
- Organisation of regular gatherings for sharing about this exploration and our inner guidance (Zoom in different languages)
- Creation of a house retreat at “Ker Pellegrino” to experiment and share in small circles with accommodation and practical workshops
- Development of a new community concept in Lunigiana, with Stefania and Giovanni from the Auroluni project
- Participation in the creation of a global network of initiatives promoting the Mother’s and Auroville’s ideals, humanity’s heritage
- Interaction with other international initiatives promoting secular spirituality without dogma, for human unity and peace in the world

Each person lives their inner quest at their own rhythm. That’s why we have different levels of participation to offer you, from the lightest to the most engaging:
To get started simply:
- Explore your inner guidance while staying connected to the InnerBeing Project through our articles, website and YouTube channel. Discover how people around the world navigate this shared inner quest
- Join our monthly Zoom circles for sharing, from your home, in your own language. These online InnerBeing platform will offer a mirror to everyone in various countries to discover one’s inner world. This might be the very first beginning of a spiritual journey that will not be limited by language or cultural barriers.
For more active involvement:
- Become a member of the InnerBeing Association: participate in decisions, events and general assemblies, contribute your ideas and experiences to the project’s development
- Build connections with a global community of seekers searching for meaning
For a fuller immersion:
- Participate in small group workshops and retreats at Ker Pellegrino, the InnerBeing retreat house (accommodation and practical workshops)
- Co-create with us the new community concept in Lunigiana
- Work with us to create a global network of initiatives promoting Human Unity and Peace in the world
