Mona came to Auroville first time in 1987, as an architecture intern and made Auroville her home in 1990. It has been her Karmashetra since then, allowing her to constantly formulate and re-evaluate her ideas and ideals. She runs an Architecture practice called Studio Naqshbandi since 1995 and has been part of several Auroville working groups. She loves to discover her own inner workings and those of others around her through the lens of Sri Aurobindo & The Mother’s writings.
