My music, my journey
Since childhood, in my school, i was thrown into an ocean of music, theatre, dance, poetry. Immersed into creativity, i learned how to dare the unknown arts, create a dialogue with unknown cultures, communicate with other artists and at the same time I was guided into listening to my inner whispers, my aesthetic principles, give space and attention to that shy soft-spoken inner voice. This was my formation period in South India between Auroville and Pondicherry. But now, as an adult professional musician, I travel around the globe Brazil, Cuba, West Africa, Morocco, Artic Circle(Norway) France, Spain, Turkey, Iran, Taiwan, India… and a Workshop facilitator in Europe, my main emphasis has blossomed into Dialogue between Civilizations, Music Unites, ‘Listening’ to others but also to your inner whispers. My music is my inner adventure, the exploration. And my passion for this exploration, inner and outer, has my same attention when i perform with a STING or a STOCKHAUSEN as when I explore with an unknown Senegalese Kora Player…
